At Sans, we want you to feel at home with every purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the aesthetic wasn't quite right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to ensure a seamless transition back to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the home goods you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
